Reach out via phone, WeChat, email, or social media to let us know you’re interested in visiting the cattery or meeting a kitten.
Tell us your available times. We will check our schedule and confirm an appointment for your visit.
Once your appointment is approved, we will send you the exact address, parking instructions, and any reminders before your visit.
Arrive at the scheduled time to meet the kittens, learn about their personality and care, and ask any questions you have.
If you decide to adopt, we will guide you through the reservation steps. If you need more time, we’ll gladly provide additional information or updates afterward.
Visitor Guidelines for Protecting Our Cats’ Health
To ensure the health and safety of all our kittens, we kindly ask visitors to follow these important guidelines when coming to the cattery:
1. Avoid visiting other catteries or pet stores on the same day.
This helps prevent cross-contamination and reduces the risk of bringing outside germs to our kittens.
2. Please sanitize your hands upon arrival.
We will provide hand sanitizer to ensure a clean and safe environment for everyone.
3. Do not visit if you are feeling unwell.
Symptoms such as fever, cough, or flu-like conditions may compromise the health of young kittens.
4. Do not bring personal pets to the cattery.
Outside animals may carry viruses, parasites, or stress-inducing scents for our cats.
5. Follow our staff’s instructions during the visit.
Some areas may be restricted to protect newborns or kittens who are not yet vaccinated.
6. Handle kittens gently and only with permission.
This ensures their comfort, safety, and proper socialization.
