Kitten Transportation Guide
We provide multiple transportation options to ensure every kitten arrives safely and comfortably to their new family. Each method is designed with the kitten’s health, stress level, and safety as our top priorities.
Shipping Policy
Local Pickup
Families are welcome to pick up their kitten directly from our cattery.( Riverside,CA )
1. Pick-up is by appointment only to ensure we have enough time to prepare your kitten and go over care instructions.
2. You will receive a full handover session, including feeding guidelines, transition tips, and a review of the kitten’s vaccination records.
3. We will provide pet carrier. Hard-shell carriers are recommended for safety.
4. We encourage new owners to allow 10–15 minutes for the kitten to settle into the carrier before departure.
5.A small transition blanket with familiar scent may be provided to reduce stress during travel.
Nearby Delivery
We offer personal delivery for families living close to us.
1. Delivery within 30 miles is complimentary.
2. A team member from the cattery will personally transport your kitten in a temperature-controlled vehicle.
3. The kitten travels in a secure carrier with absorbent pads and a comfort towel.
4. We monitor the kitten’s stress level throughout the trip and ensure gentle handling.
5. Delivery can be made to your home, workplace, or a mutually agreed nearby location.
Extended Ground
For families a bit farther away, we provide paid ground transport.(30-100 Miles)
1. First 30 miles are free; after that, transportation is $2 per additional mile.
2. Transport is done by experienced drivers familiar with kitten handling.
3. Vehicles are climate-controlled and cleaned before each trip.
4. The kitten will travel with:
• A secure carrier
• A soft blanket
• A disposable pad
• Optional small hydration gel or treat
5. Drivers provide text updates and estimated arrival times.
6. Deliveries may require flexible scheduling depending on weather and traffic.
Long-Distance
For longer distances, we coordinate with trusted professional pet drivers. 100+ Miles – Professional Driver Service
1. Available for in-state and neighboring-state deliveries.
2. Drivers specialize in animal transport and offer one-on-one travel (no mixing with other pets unless approved by the owner).
• Trips include:
• Frequent breaks to check hydration and comfort
• Temperature monitoring
• Real-time communication and GPS tracking
• Additional fees vary based on distance, travel duration, and driver availability.
3. We recommend booking 1–3 weeks in advance, as long-distance slots fill quickly.
Flight Nanny Service
This is the safest and most popular option for far-away families.
1. A trained Flight Nanny accompanies your kitten in the airplane cabin at all times.
2. The kitten stays in a soft airline-approved carrier and receives constant supervision.
3. The nanny handles check-in, security screening, boarding, and in-flight comfort.
4. Upon arrival, you will meet the nanny at your airport’s designated pickup area.

• Pre-flight health check
• Travel documents preparation
• Feeding or hydration gel if needed
• Continuous communication and photos during the trip
5. Flight nanny fees depend on destination, airline, and season.
6. Weather and airline policies may affect scheduling; early booking is strongly recommended.
Requirements & Notes
To ensure a smooth and safe experience, please review the following:
Health & Safety
• All kittens travel with a vaccination record, and deworming history.
• We avoid scheduling long trips for very young or medically sensitive kittens.
• Extreme weather conditions (heat waves or freezing temperatures) may delay transport for safety.
Scheduling
• Local and nearby deliveries: book at least 48 hours in advance.
• Long-distance ground or flight nanny: recommend 1–3 weeks advance notice.
• Weekend or holiday transport may require additional fees or flexible timing.
Payment & Documentation
• All transport fees must be paid in full before departure.
• A transport agreement may be required for long-distance or flight nanny services.
• Photos or videos will be provided at pickup and during the journey when available.
Kitten Comfort Items
Each kitten may travel with:
• A scented blanket from our cattery
• A small toy
• A feeding instruction sheet
• A care guide for first 72 hours in the new home
